well, nobody have to guess what i do last night. movie night of course. title? the island. a month ago, i watch the trailer for this movie and i thought, yeah, this looks like another action packed movie by michael bay. weird that he is not with his usual conterpart (that is jerry bruckheimer). branch out maybe. plus the movie got scarlett johansson (ahh…yummy) and ewan mcgregor (this dude is awesome). i was hoping to see any “bits” of johansson though but of course, the sensorship board might will take that joy from me. while i think this is just like any other action movie, boy was i wrong. okay, to ruin the suprise, here goes the plot. the year is on 2000 something where people cruise around on concept car that we see today (most of them are chevrolet) and use the latest gadget by cisco, microsoft, puma, samsung, etc. (ahh…product placement in movies are fun).

on a some secret bunker, there is a place/institute where human being are cloned or grown to be more exact (the matrix?). the purpose of the clones are for replacement parts or surrogical mother for their original host. for example, if the host have a liver disease, he/she can pay money to the institute to have them cloned and take the new liver from the clone after some years. all looks fine but some of the clones have defects, that is having the human nature to think and learn. at the institute, the clones are make belive that they are some survivors from the contamination or stuff like that. the island is some sort of lottery reward for the clones where they could move to a beautiful island and live a new life. that is bollocks. when a client demand a replacement parts from their clones, the clones are make belive that they are the chosen one as a lottery winner but actually their body will be hacked and parts like liver or heart is taken from the clone. so, when a clone escapes from the institute to go find their host, all hell broke loose. expect lots of explosion after that. woohoo…

i arrived late at the theater thinking i already miss some 10 minutes of the movie but they start it 15 minutes late. well, thats lucky. anywhoo, at the beginning of the movie, they put this disclaimer that this movie might be disturbing and not suitable for some people. i laughed with shimi thinking that is some funny sentences. but after viewing half of the movie, yes i agree. this movie is disturbing. but, don’t be afraid. just watch it and have fun!

the assignment was given at 2pm and i have to submit it at 4pm. it is a simple assignment but i have to do some research. so, mr . google were kind enough to give me the answer. while having fun doing the assignment, i didn’t realize that it is already 3:45pm. i have an appointment with a telecom technician at 4pm. that means, i have to go to the college, send the assignment and return home for 15 minutes. in events like this, mr. murphy always tag along. you know, mr. murply from the murphy law. all people suddenly decide to drive slower. thankfully, i managed to be at home at 4pm (ahh…think of the car speed i reached, that i am endangering my life, the rules i broke and how many people in the street i annoy). just nice for the appointment. i even got the time to chat-a-bit with wirna, this girl i fancy who i like her face. offer her a ride to her home but declined, of course. maybe some time later. i have to warm up a bit. ha ha ha…

*cough* i don’t know where this sorethroat come from. it is uncomfortable. because i chewed this mentos plus that i bought at this shop for money change? because of the coke that i’ve been chuggin’ last night? well…huh, most probably because of my unnatural sleeping habit. sometime i sleep at 10pm, sometime at 4am and sometime i don’t sleep at all. reasons? the classic answers. “doing assignment”. the real scenario is the assignment only took 1/3 of the day. the others? games, sleeping, eating, downloading pr0n (oh…i am soo l33t). stuff like that. i’m not a coffee lover but to stay awake (in class, while driving or whatever), i have to drink some. to keep up with the trend, i got my dose at starbucks (thank you to the sister who got me hooked on one of these). maybe when i’m sipping drink at a local starbucks, the coolness of drinking coffee is absorbed into me. people will pay attention to me. i am soo popular. i am the king of the world, etc. well…duuhhh…my parents been drinking coffee before i’m even born and they didn’t tell me that drinking coffee is that cool. it give you coffee stains on the teeth…

a sad day. well, for me anyway. before this, i’ve been given a 4mb streamyx line by tm net. according to someone inside, tm net is in testing phase to upgrade the user line to 4mb or 8mb or whatever. since my house is quite near the industrial park, i was among the chosen one to try out this high speed line. unfortunately, the copper line at my residental area is not stable. sometimes, the line disconnected and the dslam disappear. this happens to me on the fourth week (damn – i’ve been enjoying the high speed line for a month now).

after a few e-mails (i’m too lazy to call them), their technician came to my house and do a line check. a very nice guy, really. showed me the tools to check the dsl line, talked to me about some stuff, etc. anyway he said, if my line was stable enough for the fast speed, he didn’t care if i get the 4mb line or 8mb for that matter. he’ll ignore it. but, since i’ve been having this disconnection problems, he have to changed the port and cap my line back to 1mb :sad:. now, when i open the yahoo website, i think it is too slow…hu hu hu…

i got a 9 am class today. yep, i went to that class. no ponteng-ponteng lah. nevermind lah that everyday i have to endure the annoying classmates everyday especially this particular girl. shrill voice. sakit telinga aku dengar. but today, i witness two interesting stuff. first, is the discreet fight between the once who was the most intimate couple at my place. they don’t make much of a scene because they are in class and someone might be watching. ha, they are wrong. i already noticed that the atmosphere is not right. when i look on my left, there i saw, the tense, the unfriendly face, the silent treatment and then, stormed away from each other (the girl left the class with muka masam).

well, that is their problem and it is up to them to settle it. the second one, when i was walking to my car, i saw this girl standing at the far end of the corridor. if i have to guess, she is crying by the look of her face. because of what, i don’t know. a vulnerable girl is easy to exploit. offer some tissue (if crying), a lunch, some advice, a shoulder to cry on and poof! you’re good to go but that is wrong…i guess. anyway, i have a reputation to keep. if i do something stupid, it’ll affect my mojo and some other stuff…ha ha ha…

i didn’t go anywhere last weekend. well, maybe hanging out at mamak stall with friends but nothing serious. i just stayed at home and do some house chores. well, i can’t be an asshole all day. i live here, got to show some respect. i vacuum the house, do some gardening at my backyard and throwing stuff that i think i don’t need anymore. oh, with the book launched on saturday midnight, i took a peek at the new harry potter book my sister bought. i can ruined the surprise by writing the ending here but i’m too lazy to read it right now. probably i’ll execute my sinister plans later.

while browsing my movie collection, i stumbled upon this. ali g in da house. a 2002 production. i watch the movie, just for the fun of it. entertaining, although full of idiot and sex jokes (of course). just perfect for filling the spare time. keep it real and “r.e.s.t.e.c.p” always.

mbo cineplex ampang. the place been opened for a while now but i can’t find some time to try it out. maybe i’m too busy hanging out at times square’s gsc. so, when my plan for tonight got cancelled, i think maybe it’s fun to try out this brand new cinema. i didn’t bring my camera along for some preview photo. i’m going there with someone at midnight and it is not cool if i brought my camera there (a hoping to hit-it definition). ya, this maybe a sign i should get myself a camera phone. the place is nice and clean, friendly staff, nice ticket counter girl, a ticket vending machine, good sound, good screen, clean seats (and slippy), no advertisement before the movie (whaa??) and the staff can show you to your seat if requested. yeah, maybe because this place is still brand new. we’ll see what happens here a year later.

fantastic four. a great family movie. not so much violence, and no nudity. well, maybe half-nudity with the jessica alba bra and panties 2 seconds scene. ahh…awesome. lucky me, the people inside this cinema is civilised. although there is a small kids present, they don’t make any annoying noise. and no handphone ringing either. eh, ampang people is very educated okay. anywhoo, i didn’t read fantastic four comic books so i can’t make wise ass remarks on how good the movie is comparing to the comic. i’m sure the director tried his best, making the movie alive. the dr. doom character is kinda weird though and i’m sure they will make a sequel for this one. to sum it up, this movie not suck. go watch it.

i’ve been nowhere. just stucked here, lurking underground, background, upperground, whatever. apart from doing upgrades and tweaks on system and scripts, i meet a lot of old friends. some of them were the ones i know back on my primary school days. they surely turned out okay. some of them got hotter cuter (the girls, of course :wink:). although i am a certified pervert, i’m not tempted to do something out of the ordinary. i got to keep my cool. no saliva dripping, it’s embarassing. ha ha ha…

meet an old friend today. from my uitm days. he’s changed a bit. got lectured by him first, telling me that i’m only looking for old friends when i need a favour. well, that’s true. no point denying. he started to blabbering about the old time, my favour, his favour, etc. i just have to open my ears and listen. although we both know that none of that going into my memory, but it just to satisfy his need. yeah, i’ll change my personality tomorrow okay? we hang out at his office, talking about stuff, his business, etc. he’s doing pretty good, so i offer him a favour of doing his company website. i have to, since him giving me stuff and all.

i overslept, so i missed my morning class. encik azhar surely gonna kick my arse tomorrow. hope that he maintain his cool as i already done all of his work. during my networking subject, the lecturer decided to make some twist in the education. she make us do a debate on one chapter. aww…shit. this gonna suck big time. the debate group is chosen by random. i don’t think so. maybe she just pick certain person, just for fun. why? i am the only male in my group (there’s 6 people in one group). that is suck. well huh, many guys prefer to be in my group though. i am the pimp now. the only positive thing that i can think of that the girl i fancy, well…not fancy, i like her face because she is cute (ha ha ha), is in my group. now i can try out some of my lines…ha ha ha okay, i’m dizzy. tomorrow i have a 9am class. later…

finally got the time to post today. so here’s recap of what i’ve done on the weekend.

1) it’s my fucking birthday.
2) late-late night celebration with just myself. chug down and doing shots of…teh tarik.
3) open a present from a dear friend. it is green in color, smells nice, have to burn it and makes me fly.
4) celebrate with family, with pizza (no cake).
5) fhm 100 sexiest female, at atmosphere (i got some pervert friends).
6) late-late night cruising.
7) eat at someplace i don’t remember.
8) sleep for 12 hours.

that’s all i remember. i should bring along a video camera next time i went out.
